Bio

TK Saccoh

(she/her) is a writer, content creator, and creator of The Darkest Hue, a digital safe space that amplifies the voices of dark-skinned Black people who experience colorism and misogyny. Through her advocacy work, TK has been able to champion the plight of dark-skinned Black girls on a variety of platforms and bring national attention to the issue of colorism. In 2022, TK served as Malala Fund’s Spring editorial intern while she finished her undergraduate studies at Columbia University. These days, TK Saccoh works with court-involved youth in New York City and hopes to become an attorney one day. TK still bakes and crochets to decompress when she has some free time.
